Participant Registration. Participants receive NFC cards for registering and activating the discussion microphone. Each participant can register at a freely chosen or a specifically allocated place in the venue. Participants can add themselves to the list of debaters by pressing the appropriate button. The moderator can see who has entered the debate and adjust the order in which they are supposed to speak. The system allows for the addition and display of a list of the delegates who have or have not attended the event and a pre-prepared business card at the beginning of each speaker’s presentation, thus allowing all the participants to receive the necessary information about every speaker.
Language Choice. If simultaneous interpreting is provided at the conference, the delegate may select his or her preferred language to listen to the event in. The list of languages is displayed in their original spelling, making it easier to select the chosen language.
Voting Options. There are 5 interactive buttons on the touchscreen of the device:
Present button, For, Against, Abstain, DNPV (Does Not want to Participate in Vote).
The voting buttons become active and enable the voting process once the quorum has registered for the vote. Voting is possible both anonymously and with the identification of the participants. The security and reliability of voting results is ensured by the contactless (NFC) cards that allow participants to gain access to voting.

The delegate unit can be configured for one or two participants or for the moderator of the discussion.
Built-in speakers for the highest standard of sound. The conference system has several audio signal processing technologies for improving the audio signal quality. For example, it is possible to simultaneously operate the microphone and the unit speakers, automatically eliminating acoustic feedback and taking into account the characteristics of the room as well as the microphone’s location in it.
The device is protected from interference caused by mobile phones. Data traffic encryption ensures the confidentiality of information within the system. Adjustable microphone stem length, making it comfortable to use no matter its location on the table of the meeting.
The discussion device has two volume controls located on both sides of the device.
It is possible to connect the discussion microphone system to the conference video recording system by using the automatic video cameras.
