The Bosch DCN NG Discussion Microphone System consists of a central control unit (CCU) and discussion units. One CCU can control up to 245 discussion units. It is easy to add additional CCUs to the system, meaning that a single system of up to 4000 discussion microphones can be created for carrying out complex technical tasks for conferences of the largest scale. At such events, the microphone system is controlled and managed via a computer.

The Bosch DCN NG Discussion System is compatible with remote PTZ cameras. When the microphone is switched on, these automatic cameras frame and film the discussion participant, following previously created presets. It is also possible to include subtitled information on the speaker in the video programme.
